Submit a regularization plan to Bursa Malaysia to obtain approval (and implement) the regularization plan (mid April 2023)

Implement the plan according to the time stipulated by Bursa or Securities Commission; whichever is applicable.

For a PN17 company to no longer be considered PN17, it has to first:

Complete the implementation of approved regularization plan.

Submit an application & necessary documents to Bursa to prove that it’s no longer a PN17 company.

As at 31/12/2022 CapitalA net current liabilities is RM 9,067,503,000 and total equity of negative RM 9,427,491,000

This guy always keep on looping about the liabilities air asia have, boring la stock price is uptrend in short term! Anyway AAX will announce together with CAPITALA about their PN17 exit plan. For sure the price will go up...Moreover yesterday i took airasia flight to Bangkok... I walk around KLIA2 gates, see every flight boarding, I can tell the loading rate is almost 95%! When I reach Don Muang I see all Airasia flight and Its so crowded

Seems everything has back to normal, and its airasia new era soon! Looking Forward!!!!!

In Bangkok having short vacation anyways haha really happy to see AAX fly (I have some too) and CAPITALA looks strong and bullish, i think will go up and match AAX once the plan is layout. I believe if they sell airasis stock, AAX share will be distributed to us and we will share the gains from AAX together. AAX is only RM 0.14 theoritically before 10:1 consolidation

Capitala net debt 17.4Bil. NTA -rm1.39. Share price rm0.775
Sapnrg net debt 10.3Bil. NTA +rm0.005. Share price rm0.045

it's either Capitala is wayyyyy over priced or Sapnrg is wayyyy under priced
