excluding previous year report which include land sales, actually it booked increase of around 40% for its revenue... don't worry... it is not logical if price drop, but EPF keep collecting.. EPF is fucking this counter so hard, until its cibay ang liaow... hahaha...

吉隆坡12日讯）UEM阳光有限公司（UEMS，5148，建筑组）预料即将宣布与3个本地和海外团体的数项广场管理/投资、产业发展及酒店合作计划。

消息来源指出，UEM阳光将联伙澳洲租赁集团、香港产业发展商信和集团与其新加坡联号远东机构、及联马置地有限公司（UMLAND），着手吉隆坡和柔佛的数项商业投资。

市场相信，UEM阳光与澳洲租赁集团的交易，将给予后者对UEM阳光在国内所有发展地段的零售发展，包括零售领域投资及管理的优先购买权。

澳洲租赁将参与Publika 2发展，这是在吉隆坡Floresta-Solaris 3计划发展，净租赁面积100万平方尺的购物广场。

目前尚不清楚澳洲租赁是否将涉及参股或广场管理。

综合Floresta-Solaris 3计划拥有总值值23亿3000万令吉，位于大使路联邦直辖区清真寺附近，占地18.7英亩（7.56公顷）。这项计划将包括数个高档建筑，包括一座50层大楼。

这项计划将由Ibarat Duta私人有限公司进行，后者是UEM阳光与泰来教育集团独资子公司Melavest私人有限公司各持70%和30%股权的联营。

消息透露，UEM阳光可能转交现有Solaris Dutamas的Publika Shooping Gallery管理权予澳洲租赁。在马来西亚，澳洲租赁现拥有莎阿南Setia广场的持股和管理权。

在南马，身为UEM集团和国库控股产业业务旗舰公司的UEM阳光，预料将引入澳洲租赁，以经营依斯干达区的Mall of Medini。Mall of Medini计划是UEM阳光和依斯干达发展有限公司之间55%和45%联营。

这项发展面积约35英亩，包含街市零售、娱乐设施、购物广场和服务公寓，设计以提供一个独特零售与生活经验。上述街市零售部分已经完成，而其他则预料在2017年建竣。

UEM阳光也预料签署一份交易，从而让浮尔顿酒店品牌在马来西亚崛起。香港的信和集团和其新加坡联号远东机构经营豪华等级的新加坡浮尔顿海湾酒店和浮尔顿酒店。传言指以巧克力自助餐著名的浮尔顿酒店，将出现在公主港。

消息说，这项交易可能延伸至包括该集团另一个酒店品牌Oasia。不过，它未能确实这项合作将只是管理交易，或外资团体将投资在酒店的发展。

若这2个酒店品牌在公主港出现，将增加该区的酒店品牌，目前盛贸酒店已经开始经营，而Somerset Serviced Residence即将投入营运。

而另一项UEM阳光与联马置地预料签署的交易，是联营发展退休人士公寓。惟这项合作的细节仍然模糊。

两造已经拥有一项各持50%的联营，在公主港面积6.7英亩的CS3地段拥有一项总发展值10亿令吉的计划。
