If only their management change their policy and Not-Too-Much Transparent, they will see investor coming in.
At the moment, their new policy have been scaring away investor.
Is ok to have Bribe and Close one eyes, rather than EVERYTHING TRANSPARENT for their Project and no one coming in....

2.Advantages: Cant think of any for the time being. Has been slip sliding away from its high
of Rm 3.60 to a pathetic Rm 2.17 January 16 closing, and out of BURSA's radar of high flyin
property stocks
3. DISADVANTAGES: Ask Alex Ferguson of Man U, how much their stock price slid this
season, and market capitalisation wipeout, due to their poor performance by the club's very
own high standards this season
4. HOPE: Other foreseeable projects to come in 2014.

UEMS has always been flushed with projects and land sales. Not a new thing anyways. Nothing to be gung ho about the above posting. Unbilled sales in billions etc etc. But where's the money!!It is not translated into earnings per share for INVESTORS. 80% of their projects r in Iskandar region, take-up rate not attractive.
