last week fall came with very heavy volume and the fed meet coming Monday is affecting sentiment, i chopped all at 2.18 even though already picked up and loss 8k ..sigh. good wishes to u all, if price + sentiment permit will join this band again.

Tofuman, stock price is driven by suppy & demand (buyers & Sellers). If there more buyers than sellers the price goes up & vice versa.

Base on past years records, the revenue and net profit were growing consistently. If the this is a profit making company and the base are strong, it will overcome the crisis.

knight1, but thing hor is this company fundamental is solid, at mother company UEMS and got khazanah at back support. Like dunno which taiko mentioned before, earn so many but dividend yield is like give to begger one. Would it be "somebody" ATM machine when doing any campaign or what

long long long time ago, i remember UEMS also got such experience before, panic throw until 1.6x. when everybody give up then one news shoot up to 2.4x, then bulls run till 3.x. If it's positive move then will buy to increase unit. Good luck UEMS-holder

Property transactions are likely to decline this year amid cautious sentiment and stringent housing loan regulations by financial institutions.

Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) Penang Chairman, Datuk Jerry Chan said the property market was likely to register a decline in both sales and value.

The market is likely to see a 20% decline in value, he said after briefing reporters on the three-day Malaysia Property Exhibition (Mapex) 2014 to be held here beginning Feb 2.

Malaysia's five-year government bonds posted their biggest weekly drop since November and the ringgit fell after inflation accelerated to a two-year high.
The currency touched a five-month low yesterday after data released January 22 showed consumer prices climbed 3.2 per cent last month from a year earlier, exceeding the 3.1 per cent median estimate in a Bloomberg survey. The increase may prompt Bank Negara Malaysia to raise its policy rate by 50 basis points this year, Rahul Bajoria, a Singapore-based economist at Barclays Plc, wrote in a January 22 research note.

Rates are poised to rise. Go calculate the effect of an escalating interest rates environment and a declining property prices, you will have the consequences of a burst in property market.

property price would drop by 20% to 50% based on similar scenerio of a few countries that has gone tru property bubble. and it would take at least 6 yrs to recover.

the affortable home developer MKH just launched new project at Kajang East, cost per unit min 850k ++?? Compare Pelangi Semenyih MKH sell same size of house at 440k ++, 2 years ago?? Wonder what it mean drop by 20 to 50%????

UEMS fundamental is good but in the end everything comes down to price. Sellers are still in control, the price will probably will go below RM 2.00 -1.98, follow by short term rebound and continue lower towards support level of RM 1.62.

Those who have been accumulating this stock for quite some time, buying in stages is a good idea to average down the price but will stuck of cash flow. It doesn't matter if ur investing in stocks, property & a business. What keeps ur investment running is having enough cash flow. Without cash flow u probably stop investing, unable to pay ur bills, running into debt, sell ur stocks at a large loss & went out of business. In order to sustain cash flow it a good idea to have an investment / trading plan, when to enter, take profit & exit at smaller loss if the trade doesn't go in ur favor.

Based on properties outlook is not good for this year. uems will fall to below rm2.00 to rm1.50 in 1st qtr and will rebound after 2nd qtr.
