Please take note, the Q1 report for the period ended 31-3-2017, may come out at the end of May'2017 and final single tier dividend for the financial period ended 31 December 2016 may announce at the end of April ' 2017。

for short term catalyst, annoucement on little bay cove disposal will be the key. it had been a week since the closing date without any annoucement. price is coming down if insider knew that the disposal will not proceed
