Just watch the volume in recent days. Even though TAGB has three times the shares (more than 5B) compared to 1.8B of TA, the volume of TA shares transacted has been much higher. So someone is accumulating. My feelings are TA will do better in the coming days. Just my 2 cents.

Chang24, actually TAGB want to dispose it because want to lower down the gearing. This 8 bids, with different price and T&C. They said that the buyer bid the highest price may not in flavor to company, so that they need to evaluate it carefully.

Another thing which are not important want to share with you all. TAGB and TA provided breakfast for this year AGM, this was not seen for the past few years. Besides, we got the small handbag as a door gift. Set box lunch provided as well.

Peter U said that the remuneration RM17million for Tony Tiah is considered fair as when the time u sleep, Tony Tiah need to do the trading in different markets. It is just a 10% of the total profits. As long as he help shareholders to get more profits, we dont mind to give him 10% of the profits.

Chang , I truly hope the land will be sold and the money put to better use as sydney property prices cannot be expected to keep going up at current pace. There is a possibility of a correction, the development could get held up for years.
