The Board of TA Global Berhad is pleased to recommend a final dividend of 0.40 sen per ordinary share under the single-tier system for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, which is higher than the final single tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share declared for the financial period ended 31 December 2015. The proposed dividend is in line with the Company’s improved performance and higher profit achieved for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.

The proposed final dividend of 0.40 sen per ordinary share under the single-tier system for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the Company’s forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting.

TA Global is a young company need to grow, dividend policy 30% to 50% from profit. Tony Tiah will come back to accumulate again. Tony Tiah will be happy if you keep on sell on cheap price to him.

TA is giving out higher dividend at 1.7 sen. Lower dividend for TAGB could show need to use funds for developments. Not a bad thing really.

According to JK, there should be launching in mid of the year (Ativo Suites) and also development for the land opposite KLCC. Sure they need cash for these projects.

Reminds me of kite flying as a kid. Pull pull pull it goes up up up. Then let go , come down down down. Then start pulling again. Each time releasing more string and the kite keeps going higher over time. I can see TAGB flying in the coming months.

Look at the volume today, I have a reason to believe most of the transactions from Tony Tiah as well. As I said, Tony will use at least 3 days to buy in, anticipate will test 0.37 by tomorrow.

Chang24 Thank you buddy for sharing. There is good potential for TAGB. I am not worried about the counter but beginning to feel uneasy about the DOW. It is now so bubbly, a burst could send world markets into a downward spiral. Construction counters are especially vulnerable as the projects take years to complete. Uncertainty hits them hard. Thinking of reducing exposure by about 20% so as to have some cash reserves. Still thinking about it. Not sure what to do.
Any suggestions?

Technical chart is reversing and start bottoming up! Stochastic 14d only at mid range 44%, it will test the 0.38 resistance in near term. Once it breaks, should go up above 0.40! Let's pray and good luck to all TAGB shareholders! :p
