Maybe follow taman indah style, hot cake n price appreciating. But the land is a bit small n area is quite low, quite noisy n with not so gd of fresh air.

Actually the location is near Taman Megah Kluang ( 居鑾小雲頂 ). TAGB has curated this development into a total of 531 landed houses with a mix of modern and stylish two and three storey terraces, semi-detached, bungalows with clubhouse facilities and lush landscaping throughout the entire development.

At the time TAGB bought the land at a very low price.

At the time in 1994, TAGB bought the land at RM7,520,991.00 ( approx RM1.81/ sf. ) What do you think the current property value now ?

Most of the housing in Kluang are not of current design and facilities.

We are waiting for Q1 report, may come out at the end of this month and expecting that to be good with the profits from the official grand opening of the highly anticipated Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver. I personally think that its results for this year will continue to be good

1) After the hotel renovations which may attract more hotel guests and F&B sales;

2) Ativo Suites (GDV RM 550 mil) - launch in Q2 2017;

3) Tower 1 of TA3 & 4 (GDV RM 694 mil) - target launch in 2nd half 2017 and

4) Dutamas project (GDV RM 482 mil) - target launch in Q1 2018.

Based on annual report, board of director said that Trump Hotel in vancouver will not show a significant profits to the group at this point of time due to it was just opened early of this year. You need to wait 3 years, hope that the occupancy rate stand at above 90%.

Don't forget TA !! I hold both. TAGB go up TA surely go up. TA goes up not necessary TAGB goes up. TA has the added advantage of being more undervalued than TAGB plus it has the potential of a sudden correction to true value as there is a chance for the selling of stock broking business or going private.
