“现在配电脑连根内存条都买不起了。”近期内存条价格上涨迅猛，以8GB的金士顿内存为例，相比去年200到300元的价格，现在已经涨到了800元左右，足足涨了3倍，占到主机价格的接近30%！一位刚刚去年买房的人士表示：“我最后悔的就是，没买内存，和腾讯的股票，而是把钱付了首付！”

内存涨价：保值率不输黄金?
内存价格从去年开始，就蹭蹭往上涨，但与年初相比，如今的价格又有了一波上涨，价格高到让人难以置信。

目前DDR4、DDR3内存都是市场的主力。京东销量不错的经典威刚普条万紫千红 DDR3 1600 8G单条，从当初的238元，现在已经涨到600元上下。在2012年，这条内存价格为169元，到了2017年，二手出售还能赚个翻倍的价钱，论保值率，内存不输给黄金。京东平台上，目前HyperX Fury DDR-2400 8G单条的销量为第一。从近半年价格走势图来看，在去年8月份，价格仅为289元，之后一直猛涨至如今899元，涨幅翻了三倍多

双通道8Gx2 DDR4-2400 内存价格同样跟风上涨，从最初的500多元，涨到如今涨到1600元上下，让想升级大容量内存的用户增加购机的成本。追求高频率的用户更心疼了，像影驰名人堂DDR4-3600 高频内存套装已经从最低价时999元，涨至如今1900元，翻了足足一倍。纵观市场上，不同容量、不同频率、不同品牌、不同型号的DDR内存无一不在涨价，且涨幅创下近年来新高，同时，目前市场上没有任何讯号显示，内存价格有望回落。

此外，不同容量，不同型号，不同品牌、不同接口的SSD固态硬盘都在跟风上涨。在2015年至2016年上半年，120G/240G SSD价格一度降至299元/399元，512G SSD也有不少低至599、699元。但从2016年下半年开始，SSD的价格全面上调，一路上涨，涨幅超过市场预期，让很多还在观望的用户感叹不如早早入手。从金士顿UV400 120G的价格走势图来看，2016年8月价格低至296元，如今涨至400元。

而三星750 EVO 250G SSD近半年价格涨得有点离谱，从最低价的439元，已经飚至739元。
近期，一款名为《绝地求生》的游戏近期在全球爆红，然而，由于游戏配置要求高，不少网咖专为前任网红游戏《英雄联盟》配置的电脑主机都已经无法运行《绝地求生》了，加装内存条成为了他们的首选。然而，内存条涨的飞起，网友直呼：吃不起鸡了！未来要上千！内存条疯狂涨价，成“年度最佳理财产品”。三星成背后赢家

原材料不断涨价，DRAM颗粒是生产内存条的主要原料。
在今年1月，内存行业观察者DRAMeXchange集邦科技统计，DRAM协议价已经突破了最近18个月的新高点。4Gb DDR4内存颗粒的协议价已经从2.837美元上升到3.347美元，涨幅达到了18%。而这仅仅是上游厂商的颗粒原料价，中间的内存控制器、PCB板以及组装成本都在逐渐上涨，可想而知到一条内存成品诞生，其零售价的涨幅会非常的大。

另一方面，内存市场不景气，更新换代迟缓，主要DRAM内存大厂都没有增产计划，并主办将主要产能转移生产3D NAND闪存，造成DRAM内存供需短缺。

目前，全球的DRAM内存颗粒市场上，三星、SK海力士、美光三分天下，其中三星无论工艺、产能还是占有率都有优势。因此有媒体认为，三星是这波DRAM内存价格上涨主要推手之一。

目前三星超过7成芯片产能已经被苹果/自家手机、大陆OPPO/Vivo瓜分，再供应给其他品牌十分有限，同时，一部分产能转去生产成长速度最快的3D NAND闪存，进一步压缩DRAM生产的空间。市场供需决定，让三星有能力，有资格主导价格调整。这样一来，三星可弥补其Note 7手机停产造成的损失。
今年三星股价一路上涨，来自内存市场的收益功不可没。

三星股价今年飙升55%
据彭博社的数据显示，自2014年起因心脏病住院至今的李健熙身家目前为222亿美元，较去年年底大增了80亿美元。

另一方面，硬盘价格上涨受手机影响也比较大。在过去2016年，手机的容量几乎翻倍，最高可达到256GB级别。手机里ROM所使用闪存芯片与SSD里闪存芯片生产来源是一致的。大容量手机出货量的猛增，很快消耗掉原本产能就不足的闪存芯片，目前三星超过7成芯片产能已经被苹果/自家手机、大陆OPPO/Vivo瓜分，再供应给其他品牌十分有限，同时，一部分产能转去生产成长速度最快的3D NAND闪存，进一步压缩DRAM生产的空间。市场供需决定，让三星有了议价能力。有外媒评论就指出，此举可能是三星为弥补其Note 7手机停产造成的损失。

PC市场缩水
目前，相同预算只能买到年初时一半的配置。
“原本预算是5000元，买8G内存的电脑，因为内存市场涨价涨得太厉害了，只能买一个4G的了。” 不少最近准备买台式电脑的用户都不得不暂时放弃大内存配备，等价格降下来再换大内存。
不少网友直呼内存已经贵到买不起内存！一家电脑卖场的店主也透露，目前，市场内的电脑装机量下降20%，其中来自网吧的订单至少下降50%。

At least yoy still good profit sales revenue lower but operating cost is lower so hence the profit. Plus issue less dividend means more cash reserve for other ventures. Expecting price to rebound tomorrow current price is just ridiculous
