I am waiting for 1.40-1.42. I am just collecting and averaging up and down. Am I worried. Nope. Good for long term investment and collecting dividends. No sure at what price can be considered as cheap/low price! This counter is not a penny stock counter. They have the Sunway group looking at them.

You can see EPF is buying for a stable dividend 6% like SUNREIT. Besides, they will pump in new properties once the condition is right last this year or next year
