To all the doubters, the purchase of Affin CEO of Affin shares (at these prices) should be A huge boost of confidence in the share. Rm3 shouldn't be impossible within 12 months.

Be patient, allow some time for gestation, share price is currently at the upper band level, it just needs another booster special dividend to propel share price to breakout.

The opr increase is one of the mover to increase the profit of affin, without the opr increase, I guess there is not much profit? Definitely overpriced stock. Sometimes low PE does not means good stuff.

PE is just one of the many ways of calculating the value. If u expect Affin to obtain more and more revenue in coming months and years then just buy and vice versa
