most of the counters also red and I don't think the is fair to judge the company is not good. again, fundamentally the company is strong and can foresee more ctr/ project coming in, technically it still showing uptrend.

Whole market drop, not only local market but other Asian region and Europe zone also. shd assess accordingly the reason of the dropping and whether is it internal factor (company problem) or external factor (affected by global market).

How much undervalue? Benalec already has big margin in land reclaim n they sell land on top of certain % margin. I see this land sale for 'cash flow' for bigger projects in future. though net cash now, its future projects are capital intensive.

Why blame someone when the price is dropping? Crawler is just sharing his opinion and we should understand the market rules no.1 (trade at your own risk) we can blame other when the price is falling. Will you give the adviser some money (tips) when the price rising and u make some profit?
