It is an EGM not AGM. The EGM is for land disposal. Now we need to see what land and the size of the contract(s). If good, shares will rocket! Let's hope so.

the land disposal is a done deal..focus on the agreement which is big thing..the only thing I am concern is delay :)

I saw the EGM is to approve resolution of related party trasaction to dispose various parcel of lands in Melaka. That will bump up the revenue and profits for this financial year. I do not see any other agenda in the EGM. Correct me if I miss out anything.

I don't think they will call an EGM to announce a delay. If there is a delay they would announce it thru the press.

Crawler, Thx. I saw the selling price and expected EPS from the land sales in circular seems reasonable. I just hope it will be passed in EGM today. Else it will be not good for company earning this year.

The directors are selling, yes but to a syndicate, which i believe is for them to play when the news on the land sale is firmed up. So take it easy. Syndicate don't play for 10 cts or 20cts.
