I proposed to hold Puncak and KPS as upside potential still remain and water restructuring is expect to progressing well.

Moreover, Puncak still can enjoy 5 sen dividend + free warrant; KPS enjoy 2 sen final dividend + 26.6sen special dividend. If want to take profit first, remember to buyback later on weakness, OK.

If you all know the intrinsic value for Puncak and KPS after water is restructuring, today even limit up still consider value buy. Again don't wan to wait, can sell on strength first and buyback on weakness later

I have reproduce my previous posting here:

Based on latest balance sheet and KDEB offer price for its 70% in syabas (equity 437.8m and resume liability 2679.2m) + wholly own PNSB ( equity 1117.5m and resume liabilities 1359.5m). If the deal materialize, Puncak balance sheet will become total assets reduction from 2919.3m to 1364m, total liabilities will record reverse gain of 1480m, resulting Puncak becoming free debt with total assets of 2844m or net asset of RM 6.92/share. However, there will be dilution if take into account upcoming free warrant and convertible sukuk bond.

Greenpower, special dividend yet to be declared, just proposed only and subject to approval also. For now now just the final divident of 2 cent ex on mid this month. Looking at KPS trend history might go down before rises back again. Best is to take profit first and buy back later to protect your capital + gains.
