look in the latest KPS annual report. OSK & Tan Sri Ong are top 30 shareholders of KPS! Last year annual report they not there.

if you are a gambler, then kps is a good bet.
The only loss is the divestment loss from splash but it would not go into pn17 as this is a government stock. Anyhow it can be brilliant disguise as selangor govt will privatise it hopefully.
If you win, then it is rewarding as it may hit above 2.00 if there is win-win between selangor govt, gamuda and fed.

So,
no risk no gain.
high risk, high gain.

Fundamentally, kps is still a good counter.

KPS has 0 chance go PN17. Selangor got owns 60% of KPS. OSK & Tan Sri Ong are major shareholders of KPS.

I think the process of renegotiation term and condition of water asset take longer than expected time. The main tussle now is Puncak and Splash wan to remain as contractor for maintenance and operation for water treatment plant after divestment of their water assets to KDEB. The renegotiation now is lead by Economic council from Prime Minister department with primary aim to achieve win-win solution.
