This kps par value is 1.00 and number of share is about 400 million and some more dealing with water. No water, no live and the planet earth will turn into planet mars.
where to find such stock with price 1.61.

currently market cap for kps is only about 788 mil. If to hit 1 billion market cap, it will have to reach 2.00
puncak market cap is already 1.3 bil.
So, kps still can move further.
