Most of the stocks continue pare down loss, sign of relief. Sometime, panic selling is worse decision, if stock have good fundamental support, like high dividend yield, low PE, support by NTA, we should hold on it while waiting for market to calm down.
First quarter financial result just out. Made 18.1 sen, much better than the previous quarter. Those who have bought MNRB shares stand to make huge gains next week.
MNRB Holdings has turned in impressive financial results in 8 of the past 10 years. Only during financial years ended 31/03/09 and 31/03/10 did its earnings per share dip below 40 sen. The company was nevertheless profitable during those two years. Its average earnings per share over the 10 year period was 47.6 sen. Funny thing is this company is not recommended by most investment banks and its largest shareholder has been selling MNRB shares for the past one year. Selling seems to have stopped for several weeks now.

I think it will be unwise to sell now at loss. Since the dividend 32sen is going to declare soon + Q1 result, lets just wait for it to announce first.
