Tq Calvin. This counter is cheap cos of the reasons mentioned. Without those problems the price won't be at this price. So all these are already factored in the price. It may come down again nobody knows but may go up if more people knows the value of the land!
Calvin, the related party transaction has not been taken into account. Do remember that they once did sell the land at a very low price to 100% owned company. If this was to happen again, then your calculation will not stand. Last time, Bill said that the land was sold to his 100% owned company because he want to avoid MPCORP fall into PN17. This time? You have to know another 2 months, if no par value reduction, MPCORP will definitely fall into PN17 due to failure to meet 5% revenue of par value.
Megan last time also fall without sign. Without any announcement,fall quietly, a bit by a bit. When announcement is made, already at very very low price.

Billy has sold a parcel of land of MPCORP to his 100% owned company through related party transaction at a very very low price.... He said the reason doing this was to avoid the company fall into PN17. If this was to happen again and the land will be sold at book value to his 100% owned company. Will the NTA become higher ? Will the debts being settled?
