I just asked my friend who is a banker about this company.I was told that this counter may fall into PN17 if MPCORP failed to settle the debts within 3 months.
Unless the issuance of new shares is a success.

Today I went to Kota Masai with Mr. Tan Pao - The Champion Landlord of Kota Masai (Now Ecoworld)

I Am Amazed By The Transformation of the Whole Place.

Property prices here are moving up very strongly.

House bought for 50,000 has risen 400% to over RM200,000!

I feel so convicted that MP Corp Lands at RM8.40 book value IS A GREAT BARGAIN!

I am 101% Sure Buying MP Corp Is Now A Wonderful Bargain!

So I bought some today.

If it goes cheaper I sure look forward to buy more.

If MP Corp Should Go For Lelong

I Think Everyone will get at Least RM1.00

The PN17 has no value, so the share will drop drastically.

MP Corp land has book value of RM8.40 current. Management estimate is RM45.00. That was last year.

And Ecoworld now sell for RM45 psf

MP Corp lands are

1) VERY PRIME Compared to Kota Masai
2) 1/2 Are COMMERCIAL (Higher Value)

SO MP CORP IS ALREADY WORTH RM1.50

At that Market Sentiment turned against Public Bank because they say Public Bank Over pay for China Bank

So they Sold Down Pubilc Bank to below RM6.00 in fear and panic

Those who sold Public Bank intend to buy back Cheaper.
