Thats what the papers say, still waiting for official announcement by HDBS on hu is the successful bidder to buy over this firm. But since 7th march, its been moving up quite steady. But wat we know for sure is that HDBS is definitely up for sale.

　（吉隆坡8日訊）有意收購黃氏星展（HDBS，6688，主要板金融）的艾芬（AFFIN，5185，主要板金融），至今未獲國家銀行批准展開洽談，未有進展。

　艾芬母公司寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板種植）副主席兼集團董事經理丹斯里洛丁指出，該公司董事局非常高興，旗下金融服務業可參與收購黃氏星展一案，並冀望該收購案可于短期內完成。

沒設固定期限

　“公司並沒有為此收購案設下一個固定期限，但還是希望越快完成越好，目前需待國行批准后，才可採取進一步行動，不方便透露太多細節。”

　他今日出席該公司常年股東大會后的記者會時，如是指出。

　出席者包括主席丹斯里拿督莫哈末嘉查禮、財務總監丹尼爾畢尼杉、寶實得重工業（BHIC，8133，主要板工業）執行副主席兼董事經理丹斯里阿末蘭里等。

　自我國第3大投銀，黃氏星展創辦人兼主席拿督斯里黃新祿于去年底逝世后，該公司大股東新加坡商業銀行龍頭星展銀行（DBS），即已打定主意脫售該項投銀業務。

　目前參與該收購案的金融銀行包括，金融集團（AFG，2488，主要板金融）、肯納格（KENANGA，6483，主要板金融）及AMMB控股（AMMB，1015，主板金融）等。

棕油價料7月回升

儘管近期原棕油價格持續走低，但洛丁則預計，原棕油價格將于今年7月回升，並維持在每公噸2500令吉至2700令吉之間，高于去年價格來得高。

　“公司2012財年種植業營業額，僅錄得2億600萬令吉，這主要受原棕油價格下滑的打擊及庫存過量影響，該公司計劃近期內，將原棕油庫存從240萬公噸，下降至200萬公噸。”

　他說，該公司各項業務于2012財年中，皆獲得不俗表現，其中包括金融投資、貿易業、製造業、重工業、房地產及種植業，公司有信心，該6大業務可于今年內獲得穩固收入，并建立穩健基礎。

　“公司預計，重工業業務可于今年內，為公司帶來可觀盈利貢獻，這主要因為Boustead Naval Shipyard已于去年10月5日，與大馬皇家海軍簽下90億令吉合約，相信這項合約將在今年內，陸續增加重工業營業額。”

　洛丁強調，寶實得今年將加強公司生產率及成本結構，努力提升所有業務表現，並為公司股東帶來更高回酬。

1年內再增10間BHP油站

寶實得計劃在1年內，增設10間至15間BHP油站。

　洛丁指出，接下來將在我國各地設立更多BHP油站，提供客戶更好服務。

　至今，國內各地共有350間BHP油站，建設每間油站的成本介于500萬令吉至1000萬令吉，每間油站也必須包括有便利店，方便客戶添油之余購買日常用品。

　寶實得石油公司每年淨利皆獲得穩步成長，2012年報1億4800萬令吉，與2011年相比，按年增長5300萬令吉。

　該公司計劃，今年內推出更有效的營銷方案，吸引更多駕駛人士到BHP油站添油。

該公司副主席丹斯里洛丁說，艾芬控股對收購黃氏發展證券很有興趣，因為這可以輔助該公司現有的業務。

他說：“我們必須等國行的批准，才能進行正式的收購洽商。＂

他說，黃氏發展證券的顧客群主要是散戶，因此，收購可幫助加強艾芬的業務成長，因為艾芬的客戶主要是機構型投資者。

他今日在莫實得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板貿服組）的股東大會後表示，作為競標者之一，艾芬當然希望可以能雀屏中選。

盼短期內成行

在詢及勝算時，他沒有正面回答，只表示：“我們已向國家銀行提出洽購申請，但並未設定任何時間，但希望可在短期內成行。＂

今年3月15日，金融界盛傳安聯金融（AFG，2488，主板金融組）、肯納格控股（KENANGA，6483，主板金融組）已退出競購，目前僅剩大馬銀行（AMBANK，1015，主板金融組）和艾芬控股（AFFIN，5185，主板金融組）搶奪黃氏證券股權，4家銀行提出的競購價介於13億至16億令吉之間。

6大核心業務正面貢獻
莫實得控股放眼10億淨利

莫實得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板貿服組）在6大核心業務正面貢獻之下，預計今年將取得與去年相同或更佳的關鍵績效指標（KPI），放眼未來幾年可達到10億令吉淨利目標。

該公司副主席洛丁指出，去年公司業績表現後退，主要是原棕油（CPO）價格疲弱和庫存量高企，以及莫實得重工（BHIC,8133,主板工業產品組）虧損所至。

莫實得控股截至2012年12月止財政年，取得4億1千700萬令吉淨利，比較前期的6億1千100萬令吉表現挫降。

洛丁預計，今年6或7月份，原棕油價格將介於2千500至2千700令吉水平，庫存量從240萬噸下滑至200萬噸水平。

至於莫實得重工，有信心在90億令吉巡邏艦合約及採納小型商用船的政策帶動下轉虧為盈。

今年增設10至15油站

另外，莫實得控股亦計劃今年增設10至15間BHP油站，每間價值500萬至1千萬令吉。

acquisition normally wont affect the one buying over in the short run, maybe in the long run. Lets jus hope BNM settle it by this week! RM4 is quite low for this counter. the only one hu din shoot after GE, every other counter went down and continue shooting up
