Even so, 1MDB still on track to IPO middle of these year, transferring its risk to general public, institution fund and our EPF will be sure be cornerstone investor for its IPO. Therefore, if 1MDB in trouble, it will spread to general public, affect retail investor sentiment and becoming too big to ignore.

1MDB most likely will go for IPO very soon to raise money.
On top of that will issue bond to get most of the loan money to sustain 'luxury' expenses.

YTLP share price mainly bashed down by LTH, it temporary setback as its stake only 1.99%, and its selloff is due to non shariah compliance matter, which coincidence with nearly full quota of sbb treasury stock + 6 month period limitation, resulting current situation, sbb face limitation in power. Don't worry, it will resolve, dust is settling soon either seller selloff their remaining stake or treasury is cancel and regain power to buyback actively.

The calculation is based on last YTLP share dividend 1: 40, lead to adjustment 4sen in warrant conversion price from 1.25 to 1.21. Therefore, current share dividend 1:20, should theoretically lead to adjustment 8sen from 1.21 to 1.13

Portfolio hold both YTLP and wb, both also benefit form share dividend.......YTLP get share dividend + wb get lower exercise price.

of course, wb holder not entitle to share dividend but it will lead to adjustment lower of its exercise price in accordance with the Deed Poll dated 5 May 2008 and such adjustments will be effective from the commencement of the day next following the Entitlement Date for the Share Dividend. Warrant holders will be notified of the adjustment prior to the Entitlement Date.
