Ringgit strengthen.... Ytlp major overseas earning, especially its biggest earning contributor from.UK water and waste treatment.....pound 5.72..... Power from Singapore....Sgd 2.94......power from Indonesia....usd 4.00......continue loss in WiMAX and may need high capex to retain spectrum....

however, with Ytlp strong cash flow, it should be be able to retain dividend payout in final quarter result. Signing short term 3 yr power extension also at least mitigate loss in expire local power contribution. Both downside and upside also limited. Share may have better odds to surge higher once dividend is proposed in next final quarter result.

Any information about Paka electric selling price to Tiu Nia Bu?
if new power plant leverage margin at 8% @0.34kwh(prai ccgt). This old CCGT fully ammortise power plant should atleast 14% margin assume 6% borrowing interest.

hi smartly can ask a question which concern me quite long and I cannot find out :

About ytlland, can I ask your guys a question, I find out all related ytl included, YTL , YTLpower , YTL E-solution,YTLreit, they all provided a very high dividend yield , but why YTLland no dividend one ?
And the funny part is YTLland do profit everyyear and net profit so far and the result actually is good , so why YTLLAND no declare dividend , anything I dont know , can tell me ?
