market down 12 point but no effect on ytlp. In fact, i think if the market down more, ytlp will be happier as they can buy more at lower price. Therefore, the warrant is well supported.

1st round, 709m - 250m (cancelled) = 459m
2nd round, 459m - 126m (current) = 333m (remaning to be purchased)

Share buyback remain strong and keep strategy to buy more volume but at lowest possible cost. I think selling pressure has almost at tailing end, With start of month Oct tomorrow, YTLP set to retest RM 1.80 level, follow by 1.85, 1.90 and ultimate RM 2.00 by end of Oct.

1.79 seller cant tahan, they cancelled it and sold at 1.78.. haha stupid... somemore stupid again, ytlp has bought back at 1.790 at the very last minute, still got idiots q to sell at 1.780... thats making me laugh... lol

I noticed also, at very last 5 min before bidding time and during bidding time. YTLP buyback already decide to buyout all 1.79, but bidding time still many wan to throw at 1.78 even the buying power far more than seller volume. YTLP Keep it strategy, buy more volume but at lowest possible cost.

YTLP share buyback have its own intention, should unaffected by market sentiment, everyday, still q large number of buying volume awaiting for keen seller to sell their share. Its one way direction, YTLP will keep absorbing, accumulate it in treasury stock without sellback/redistribute to market

8月28日那天，杨忠礼电力（YTLPWR）做了一项前所未有的动作，它把2.5亿库存股一笔勾销。

是的，既不是派给股东也不是卖回去公开市场，而是把这笔库存股完全注销了。这几乎是3.4%的股份，若以当时市价1.55令吉来算，可是3.88亿令吉的价钱。

是什么原因促使杨忠礼电力改弦易辙，不好象往年一样将股票当股息派回给股东呢？

从会计的角度来看，这的确是处理库存股的最佳方法之一，不过人非草木，看到白花花的金钱一瞬间化为乌有，心疼在所难免。

或许是杨忠礼电力的董事想通了，一味的回购股票，再派出去，之后再回购，又再派出，似乎对每股盈利没什么裨益。

不是吗？好不容易强化每股盈利，转眼间因库存股派出了，盈利又再稀释。周而复始，对公司而言，好处不长久。反而注销了库存股，股票数额从此减少，增加每股盈利的努力终于落实。

迅速回购减少流通

更深一层的体会，股票减少之后，每位股东的权益还是一样，但如果大股东要私有化，就无需考虑库存股如何处理的问题。

公司快马加鞭，一经注销库存股，马上又开始股票回购，在一个月的时间内，库存股回到1.36亿，约2%的水平，行动快速惊人。这回的成本更高，股价提升到约1.80令吉。

大股东杨忠礼集团的持股不变，换句话说，如此迅速的回购股票，只是把市场流通量迅速的减低。

能够和公司回购股票抗衡的，似乎只有公积金局这个硬把子。

不过，只见其持股也迅速在减少之中，由一年前的9.5%，减到目前的6.8%左右。

杨忠礼集团的持股约是55%，加上家族持股，该有60%；而凭单更是控制了75%，预料随公司积极回购股票的行动，将导致其股权继续增加。

同时，公司把股息减到最低程度，正是逼使小股东将周息率不再吸引人的杨忠礼电力逢高卖出，找别的高股息股票来顶替。

那么，什么时候才是出手私有化的最佳时机呢？我想应该是快了。

公积金局减持配合

和大股东的持久战，一向是小股东吃亏，因为大股东可以享有董事费和薪水，小股东却只能靠股息或资本增值赚钱。

只是我们不明白，何以实力强大的公积金局这回配合杨忠礼电力，一卖一买。

难道公积金局不相信杨忠礼电力前景可期？抑或是杨忠礼电力的低股息“惩罚”见效，公积金局必须卖掉一些股票，以弥补失去高股息的错漏？
