YTLP and WB share price are not skyrocketing like other, it just in the midst of recovery, accumulating now by FY through sbb whom known the best value of its own company.

I feel like Yeoh using the company fund to buy out other existing shareholders to further enhance their family power and exploit minority's right. I am thinking when they are really preparing for the exercise, they might just stop sbb and cause the huge drop of YTL P and at the same time sbb at YTL Corp to boost its price. At that time, YTL P minority has no bargaining power but to accept the swap into YTL Corporation at the ratio they like. They learnt from YTL Cement case.

What do you guys think? Can the sbb really sustain until the day of privatization announcement?

I think what converter wan is to enjoy almost risk free arbitrary profit, compared to need to wait for WB to perform and reap higher percentage gain.
