Incompetent YTL & YTLP PR team is too arrogant that delay in clarification "the case" to public in convincing manner. Damage is done. Public view esp investors and traders are too bad. To solve it, need a lot of time, resources and sincere efforts.

Don't know the arrogant PR team can understand that it is the view of stock investors/traders that it is the fight of MACC vs YTL/YTLP. For me, the whole PR team should be changed by those PR TEAM with humble, sincere and hardworking one. Pls co-operate with MACC fully, promptly and update the public what you have done so far in detail to solve this problem. The more frequencies the explanation of the PR team the better the perception of the public.

I believe, under normal circumstances it started with someone lodged a report to MACC, and led to MACC started the investigation, it is usually applied to other cases.
Unfortunately, in general, the public perception is the company vs the authorities, that is incorrect.

just read the weekly edge on ytlp.
looks like ytlp has many problem on the high capex on their project . Depreciation cost very be high and will take longer time to recover investment cost.
Many uncertainty . More bad news than good news. Share price will continue down.

The 1Bestarinet project was awarded legally by the gov in 2011 and completed in 2019.

Very confusing function of MACC nowadays whether they really on corruption or quality of investment/project, subject on a really grey line to find the link of benefits to someone, which like the bestari project, if they are looking at the quality or even non deliver products/services, then it means all those monitoring department, auditors is sleeping.........
