current laws too protective of elites rich i/o weak minority ikan bilis. when boss failed to lift pn17, naturally new boss white knight replacement must made mandatory. now, too much leeway to old lousy boss by just simply delisting and burning all hard earned ikan bilis. is this the so called Malaysia Madani who fail to portray passion caring govt. protecting the innocent?

Chinamen what government have to do with this? PJD Link case with court vs resident still hanging. Scomies PN17 status cannot hold anymore. This is the risk of buying stock like this. Now investor all buy semicon and ev related stock. Buy at your own risk. I also loss at this stock but move on. When bought we already know the risk

The stock price already at the lowest with no more buyers, that alone can be taken as no appeal and delisting is for sure as how it was announced. Like a death row inmate waiting to be executed :(

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SESB, M & A Securities wishes to announce that it had on 21 July 2023 submitted an appeal to Bursa Securities (“Appeal”). In the event that the Company does not succeed in its appeal, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date specified by Bursa Securities to the Company.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of SESB, M & A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 11 September 2023 resolved to allow the Appeal and grant SESB a further extension of time until 31 January 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval (“Extended Timeframe”) after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, including the written and oral representations before the Appeals Committee on 29 August 2023, in particular the following:



(a) the Company’s representations that as at 21 July 2023, the Company had fully resolved its debt obligations and was in a suitable position for consideration by potential white knights;



(b) the Company had on 4 August 2023 executed a head of agreement with Duta Marine Sdn Bhd (“DMSB”) and M & A Securities had represented that based on its preliminary assessment, DMSB is a profitable company with sustainable business; and



(c) the Company’s representations on its cash and bank balances to sustain its operations throughout the additional extended timeframe for the identification of a new white knight.

I have a simple framework to classify each stocks. After I have done a fundamental analysis and valuation, I see which cell it falls into based on the matrix shown below. Conceptually

• Cell A – best investment opportunity

• Cell B – this could be Warren Buffet “wonderful company at fair price”

• Cell C – Ben Graham “cigar-butt” investment

• Cell D – avoid
