This Mr Pui here is a big investor in Cahya Mata Sarawak. His stake in CMS alone is worth RM210 mil at today's price.

Deep value in Abric. Current 31Dec2014 NTA at RM 1.17 and after deduct special dividend 30cents. NTA still worth RM0.87.

You need to be patient with these value plays. IMO the best thing about Abric is that if market turns south, they may not be able to find anything to buy and will have to distribute back the cash. So in a way, it's quite defensive. heh heh...

Chart analysis: vol nice, price up abit nice.... MACD nice, stochastic% not nice (over 80%)... yday selling pressure, but defended n closed at 46.5sen, nice....

Fundamental analysis: cash company, NTA RM1, EPS 66sen, PE 0.xx, big investor, Mr Pui keeps acquires from market, floating shares keep dropping...

NTA rm1, not really the share will rise to rm1..... might happen n might not happen.... need to depends on many factors.... but if abric couldnt get new core business in about 10mths later... shareholders will get bck cash==66sen....

NTA is probably closer to RM0.60 I believe but mostly cash. Hopefully, Pui can force the hand of the controlling shareholders into distributing more cash. :)

Pui is an heavy weight retail investor at almost 70. He doesn't interested in venturing a new business. It is very likely that he would exert more pressure to management for cash distribution or taking it private.

Hi yahoo1999, interesting cup&handle chart~ is the pattern always x1.382? I use fibonacci, seeing 55.5sen, 67.5, then 72.5sen.... quite similar with ur TP... :)

btw, after cup&handle chart breaking... will it form another cup again after breaking? or hit 66sen 1st... then only another cup will happen?

Not easy to meet another cup again..this chart took 4 months (cup)&1.5 months(handle) to form.i m glad to say that height of the cup is 0.18 so I do believe within a month will reach 0.66(0.48 resistance breaking point➕ 0.18 )

Yes..since last September..The final TP is 0.91(0.66❌ 1.382).most of us won't believe it will come true...nevermind let's see by this year end .let's the board to announce then..
