I am of the view the controlling shareholder is reaping in the dividend as well as accumulating more shares post ex-date.It cud either a positive news or another round of special dividend in the pipeline. In any case, the share price becomes less mkt driven instead few key players are 'massaging' the price......my 2 cts view

to be fair for the management, you hold so much warrants and you are forced to exercise it - you don't have so much money in the pocket... what can you do? exercise and sell right? simple!

50 sen cash per share and 64 sen NAV~~AFTER the 30 sen dividend~~all seems to be too good to be true~~i just worry there are some hidden agenda that was not publicly announced~~

now that all depends to the actions of the management, whether they will suck up the money or they will really do something with it~~

50 sen is the cash only....64 sen should be its real value...which means the TP should be at least 60 sen for the share~~

but the problem is...the company's turnover plan is not out yet~~

Murali~~i think the research house (some one put a link) calculated and showed that it is 50 sen cash per share and 64 sen NAV~~

honestly my target selling price is 60 sen~~ :)

But depending on the turnover plan~~even if it is not a super brilliant plan but a working plan~Abric will be pushed up~~

There could be some mistake....there are abt 41.48millions of WA being converted into mother share....thus there will be additional RM12.44 (Rm0.30 X 41.48M shares) added into their cash buffer...After all these, their cash shall be ard RM96million or abt RM0.684 (total 140.48 million shares) per share...

(vioss13)上个星期五已经看到有新股东PUI CHENG WUI加入abric成为新股东了，这位新股东持有ABRIC的股份13,441,200股，9.57%的股权，万万没想到这几天又是这位高人在市场上买的量，把股权增加到11.67%的股权，果然可以在短时间内成为第二大股东！！！果然一点都不简单叻！！！到底abric会是个宝或是条草呢？希望可以多一些股友们可以关注abric前景吧！！！
