There’s no right track. Nobody wanna watch Encore Melaka for rm70 a pax. Properties also have no meaningful buyers. The huge borrowing will kill the company.

High NTA, but company issue PP at longkang price, means mgmt oso not optimistic. Those big boys oso -ve thinking, investors how to be +ve ??
