The seller (grandson) said his grandfather kept the stone for 100 years. He said the stone was worth more than a million dollars.
The buyer said Cut it open. Oh! Just a Fancy junk stone!
The buyer said It was worth 1 million before you cut it open. Your grandfather was trying to teach you a lesson on how everything should be viewed. The seller just dishonored his grandfather in a single cut.

I will propose a Newco called Amrahp, 100% owned by LTAT to take over the Monopoly with Gobermen, to bill whatever they feel like billing.

The Oldco called Pharma, the lung machine will be turned off.

Best Solution

QED.

A sucker bilis is born every minute. If you cannot keep up with the times, suggest you keep your money in Banks's FD.

(b) The Group’s term loan is secured over the land of a subsidiary (see Note 12)

At 31 December 2021, land with a carrying amount of RM9,457,000 (2020: Nil) is subject to a registered debenture to
secure bank loans granted to the Group (see Note 26(b))

Borrowings were unsecured other than above according to AR.
AR could be wrong of course.

That means LTAT and Boustead can just go jalan jalan cuti cuti Malaysia, no worries.

That RM 9+ million loan was as at Dec 2021. If not mistaken, in 2022, Pharma took out a RM 1 Billion soft loan for the purchase and payment of vaccine. This short term loan was to facilitate the switching of payments and receipts from MOH. However, as far as we know, MOH always issues Contracts with Revolving Credits......so what the H?

The short term loan would be due in a few months.

As for bankers' to approve Unsecured Loans, they usually require Directors' Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and/or Holding Companies Guarantees.

Like it or not, these Debts has already made a dent in Bstead Financial Accounts.

Grandson would have just keeped the stone. That’s a precious stone which his grandfather gave to him. The stone is worth a million dollars in his grandfather heart

The grandpa's lawyer tell him that his grandfather was about to give him $1 million if he doesn't cut the stone until he's 30... He's 29 now.

The Board also announced the resignation of Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope and Zulkifli
Jafar from the Board. Datuk Zulkarnain and Zulkifli are then redesignated as
Pharmaniaga Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, respectively.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Rahman is redesignated as Chief Operating Officer.
These are aligned with Boustead’s groupwide policy to further encourage transparency,
good corporate governance and separation between the Board and Management. This
policy which is applied in all operating companies within Boustead Group, is in tandem
with the principles under the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.

“If the company deteriorates further, there could be a massive disruption to the supply of medicines and drugs to the public health system.”

There are still many mystery required Zul to answer. Is this 14mil vaccines is the stockpile requested by MOH since we heard MOH keep asking ppl to take 3rd n 4th jap. Pharma is to bail out the mistake by KJ. Or Zul simply buy it without a single PO. If the CEO is clean and think he did the right thing, then he should attend coming AGM to answer all question. I bet he will resign before the AGM to avoid answer all those questions.
