i do share the same view of point w Bob's: <Why do they want to be the fall guy? and take the blame? No such free lunch in the world.> . Why do the CEO wants to risk his reputation and take the flame if there were no order nor promise nor remuneration. We can see from the 1MDB trial how the high hierarchy work their way to promise, play of power and mislead experience bank officer, capital market, auditor general etc into believing. Many unanswered myst.

Imho why Ltat wants to let Pharma delist,why not just sell to take back some money before buying Boustead?They are not selling single share,instead Ltat indirectly added another 20+% share of Pharma through taking 100% Boustead.Just my 2 cents,not buy/sell call

Before taking 100% Boustead,Ltat owns direct 9% and indirect of Pharma 30% through Boustead(Ltat owns Boustead 60% only).After acquisition of Boustead,Ltat owns direct around 59% of Pharma.So it is from 39% to 59% after taking over Boustead.
