Poh Huat has strong and healthy balance sheet. On top of this, it has RM66 Million cash and deposit with bank. Target price 2.68. I entered at average price of RM2.15.

Gone were the days POHUAT's earnings hovering in the single digits. Since 2012 POHUAT's earnings reached double digits. POHUAT's EPS almost quarupled over the last 3 years to a record high of 21.8 sen in FY14. The big jump was powered by the sharp profit turnaround of its Msian operations.The Vietnamese operations saw a sharp and speedy recovery after the anti-Chinese riots with the doubling in the PBT q-o-q in 4Q14. With the strong showing from both the Vietnamese and Msian operations is most encouraging. On the balance sheet, cash surplus also increased- turning net cash since 3QFY14. Expecting DPS increase for CY15. Jokes aside RM2.5-2.6 attainable, based on technical and fundamental analysis.

Revenue remained range bound within 350mils. - 400mils...since 2005 ding dong.
Margins has improved.....but prices has gone up from 0.50 to 2.44 ...some 450%...
Time for correction to set in....???

This quarter result is expected to be good. Christensen, don't have to worry. I have much more Poh Huat share than you. Be confident in your study. Poh Huat has a strong and healthy balance sheet, cash and bank deposit of about RM 66 million in hand as at end of 1st quarter 2015. This time is different from previous time because a lot of export to America. With strong US dollar, it can perform very well. Like LiiHen when is I bought was only RM2.00, now is RM4.60 after given so much cash for dividend. But I took profit at average of about RM2.67 for LiiHen.
