EGM will be held on 16 Aug and from the Circular it seems that Ex Date will be ard End Aug/ Early Sep and the whole rights issues is expected to be completed ard Early Oct

Mother share's price shall be adjusted lower upon Ex Date (likely to be below RM1 or lower) and it will affect on LA/WB/WC prices.

The new PA will be issued at Rm0.08 with conversion price of Rm0.80 while LA's conversion price will be adjusted to RM0.87.

If u believe in the FA of the co, certainly the new PA will be a much better leverage play than LA/WB/WC.
