All small shareholder stay united and firm vote against 2 proposals, only 25% we can overturn the consolidation and RI. I already gather more than 2% to vote against the 2 proposals. It is time for us, the small shareholder to say "NO" to the 2 proposals. to let management know that they can not do whatever they wish. if through after the 15 to 1 consolidation yr share may not even worth 1 cents. take this scenario, 3 cents now, after 15 to1, it become 45cents. RI at 20 cents, yr share from 45 cents will go down to around 20 cents! In fact it may just worth less than 2 cents as now.

NEWBIES BE REMINDED

1. Proposed Share Consolidation involves the consolidation of every 15 existing Shares held by the entitled shareholders at the entitlement date, into 1 Consolidated Share.

2. Proposed Rights Issue on the basis of 2 Rights Shares for every 1 Consolidated Share held on the Entitlement Date to the Entitled Shareholders. The Proposed Rights Issue shall be implemented after the Proposed Share Consolidation.

AGES-PA will also be consolidated 15:1 and the conversion price will be adjusted from 0.13 to 1.95.
Not sure whether it will be further adjusted upon completion of the rights issue. Read circular for more details.
