无论新冠肺炎疫苗的功效能不能达到100%的免疫效果，只要它没有严重副作用和对9成以上的人有效，最终疫苗还是会被批准流入市场，让人们接种疫苗，但是，疫苗的风险就只能由个人负担了，政府不会保障疫苗100%的安全。

以上是我想象中，一个比较接近现实的情况。接下来我们就要看看什么公司会受惠了。

大马卫生部有条例管制由外国进口的药物。所有进口的药物都必须提出申请，在被批准过后，才可以引入。之前有传闻说以下的公司与外国不同的药厂签下合作备忘录：

1. Bintai
2. Kanger
3. Hwgb
4. Solutn

但是，就算它们的伙伴研制疫苗成功，它们还是必须申请进口准证。在这个过程当中，我觉得事情并不如他们想象中那么简单。疫苗市场庞大，动辄超过10亿马币。所以，政府不可能会轻易批准让一些小公司突然间发达，而且这些小公司也没有相关的药物处理专业知识，和完善的后勤物流架构来支持疫苗的储藏与供应。

最有可能发生的，应该是政府会指示任何获得有效疫苗的公司，与政府相关的公司合作。在上市公司当中，当然只有 dpharma 和 pharma 了。

Pharma 的大股东是 Boustead，Boustead 的大股东是大马武装部队基金。它的基本面不好，虽然营业额超越 dpharma 一倍有多，但是盈利低，这说明内部 “开支” 很大。

比较起来，Dpharma 就非常好，基本面佳，几乎接近净现金，虽然 profit margin 不高，但是成本控制好，它的大股东是 PNB。

所以，我觉得，无论谁成功研发了疫苗，这些疫苗要进来大马，都应该避不开 dpharma 和 pharma。

而那些和外国公司签下合作备忘录的烂公司，股价不断被炒作，大家还是小心为妙，不要踩中大户美丽动人的陷阱。

Vaccine and gloves are complementary to each other. The only difference is that vaccines are a relatively recent theme while the gloves theme is already very long.

US-based Moderna expects interim results of its covid vaccine trials next month. And if the company gets positive interim results from the large clinical trial, the US government could authorize emergency use of the company’s experimental Covid-19 vaccine in December, its chief executive said.
Speaking during The Wall Street Journal’s annual Tech Live conference on Monday, Chief Executive Stephane Bancel said if sufficient interim results from the study takes longer to get, government authorization of the vaccine may not occur until early next year.
US-based Moderna has one of the leading Covid-19 vaccines in development, along with a vaccine co-developed by Pfizer Inc and BioNTech.
Last week, Pfizer Inc had said that it could file in late November for U.S. authorization of the COVID-19 vaccine it is developing. "So let me be clear, assuming positive data, Pfizer will apply for Emergency Authorization Use in the U.S. soon after the safety milestone is achieved in the third week of November," Pfizer Chief Executive Albert Bourla said.

Winter in the northern country is coming, generally the coronavirus survive longer under the low temperature and low humidity environment, the covid fight will become more difficult and demand for treatment is expected to be more severe. To make the vaccines available in this winter is crucial. Whether the drugs is really 100% effective or not, I think when come to critical die or live situation, people would need to take a chance to give a try. Thus lets pray for the approval and launch of the vaccines soon.
