（法国4日讯）H5N8型禽流感病毒卷土重来！

法国、奥地利、克罗地亚、丹麦、德国、波兰、瑞士、荷兰、匈牙利和芬兰等欧洲国家先后报告H5N8型禽流感病毒造成野生鸟类或家禽死亡事件，引起多方关切。

继日前法国北部加来海峡省发现野鸭感染H5N8型禽流感病毒后，法国农业部2日宣布，该国南部塔恩省一家养鸭厂内确认出现H5N8型禽流感疫情。据当地媒体报道，这一疫情目前已迅速向周边省份蔓延。加尔省、上比利牛斯省、洛特－加龙省等5家养殖场也先后出现或疑似出现禽流感疫情。当地有关部门已经采取紧急防疫措施，并在出现疫情的养殖场附近设立了隔离区和监控区。

芬兰食品安全局2日也确认，在芬兰西南部地区首次发现H5N8型禽流感疫情，并已采取保护措施。检验结果显示，日前在奥兰岛鸟类展示活动中死亡的孔雀，以及在西南部群岛死亡的野鸭，都是死于H5N8型病毒。

自今年10月底以来，欧洲多个国家已出现H5N8型禽流感疫情。目前波兰、克罗地亚、瑞士、荷兰和芬兰发现的是野生鸟类或零星饲养鸟类感染H5N8型禽流感病毒，而德国、法国、丹麦、匈牙利和奥地利等国则在鸭子和火鸡的养殖场发现了禽流感疫情。其中匈牙利的情况较为严重，过去几周，匈牙利因此已经扑杀了40万只家禽。

最新分析报告指出，野生鸟类在欧洲两条迁徙途径上可能面临感染或传播H5N8型禽流感病毒的风险。

世界卫生组织专家近日在日内瓦表示，自2014年全球首次发现H5N8型禽流感病毒以来，至今尚未发现人感染这种病毒的病例。（新华社）

kossan price has been long moving around rm6.5 since last quarter report. And they expect the result will be better in the next report. So i think this is a good moment to buy now

This is a thinly traded share. Its buy & sell price is way apart. It is easy to get trapped unless the sector is extremely bullish.

Price of raw Nitrile latex has soften a bit lately from $1500/MT to $1300/MT albeit it is still high comparing to last year. Competition on price of Nitrile gloves is still very stiff. Just hold.

Presently,the support for the stock is weak.Pointers:

1.Moving Average(MA) charts were trending downwards for a few months lately from above RM 7.00 to RM 5.71 presently.
2.The MACD line is way below the Signal Line showing bearishness(weak support) trend for the stock.No sign yet the trend will reverse.
3.The Relative Strength Index(RSI) showed the stock has been overbought.It will go on for sometimes.

Even though EPF is mopping up the shares during the price weakness yet the price keeps dropping.
4.Expect the coming QR announcement in mid or late May 2017 to be not better than previous QR.

In such market condition for glove companies,what can the investors do?

Outcome: Price drop has some way yet to go.Wait until sign of buying(start) from the MACD or RSI chart then start to accumulate.

Yeah u see.. this is what shark normally do , come out with the report that glove maker will be doing bad for coming quarter , then sell off to push the price down, then keep collecting at low price , and today they release a report saying kossan current qr would be good and there will be qoq growth and for coming quarter too..
