that's why i asked KC loh who else tendered for the same project...
from different sources i can say the following are tendering:
Daya, Bumi Armada, SKPetrol, SCOMI (maybe with different partner)

going by gambling sense, cheapest entry point is Daya at 19sen... if they win by some miracle... HUAT AR!

Happened in November and Edge found it convinient to tell now when Die never even made any formal announcement of withdrawing since then.
