Banker presence is at all time high, consistently hovering well above high percentile of 75%, although there has been outflow funds building up, meaning to say bankers are accumulating shares. When it is over, it is just a matter of time before the next rally is on soon. Keep on a close watch!

If both sales and operating cost are denominated in the same foreign currency, then the effect can be ignored. Otherwise, profit margin will be significantly impacted

Rest assured that it was just sudden knee jerk reaction in market sentiment, while bankers presence in the stock is still very strong. Price will move back to optimum at any time, just like what it has happened in the last 6 months.

Maybe ppl worry about the listing plan in HK as it might dilute the earning of pcb as the holding company controlling interest will be diluted from 98% to 63%, will affect the going forward EPS for pcb

Penta won't cancel the listing, HK listing will help them expands the business fast. They can double up their business revenue in 1 year time, same to the PAT.

If you are worried about the dilution of Penta share in PIL due to the listing, think this through:

1. Is it better to own 100% of a slow growing company?

2. Is it better to own 63% of a fast growing company?

Today's trends analysis showed continuous outflow of funds from the stock despite having strong bankers presence of over 75% ratio. Meaning to day, I believe that bankers are at play, manipulating the shares into sell-down in an attempt to grab more stocks at dirt cheap price before pushing it up later. I have plans to add more into my existing portfolio, but for those not comfortable, do avoid. Just wait it out and there will be rebound soon. Keep on a close watch!

In order to expand business, a company needs to raise funds. Few methods, common one is Private Placement, right issue and less common listing subs company. U can see what happen to EG when they raise fund through RI in 2 years time. Share price stagnant, business not improving. In 2015, both EG and Penta are penny stock. In 2017, u can see the difference. What will be in 2019, can penta become next MPI or even better than MPI, god knows.

In an IPO, the existing shareholders accept dilution risk for enrichment reward. Good or bad tradeoff is up to each.

Very bright future indeed in both value generation and then share price appreciation.
However lots of work need to be done by Pentamaster management.
Less than chicken feet shareholder like me will just sit back,watch and enjoy life
