As I remember first wave from 7 c to 18 c (mother leading while son slow). 2nd wave fr 19 tov255 also the same. 3rd from 305 is leaded by son via mother. Thereafter warrant will slow down due to mother consider under valued to push fully exceed RM 1, otherwise warrant will become rubbish if failed to do exercise convert. As high price of warrant as higher risk if u chase high. Mother is much more safer. I got no guts to touch warrant even from 10c since 1k unit sold off 6c with 1 c price. Meantime mother n sons must up same, /almost similar bids then only untrend can last longer n solid. Otherwise become bubble suddenly if direction change. Just beware n I keep monitor above movement due to my experience everytime I purchase a mother shares but never firget/lazy to monitor warrant movement besides such mother with several call warrants.

With one borsig can settle all debts, somemore got extra cash nearly RM 1 Billion

If this RM 1 Billion refund to share holder, each share can get RM 0.384

Even though, UK Peterborough Green Energy has yet to kick off for construction. If KNM intends to sell its unit WTE in UK with compound approved land and proposal. Easily can sell at RM 500 million. Unless KNM kick off the project and complete with RM 1.9 Billion and pledge to finance institution or go raising fund through IPO easily can get RM 2.2 - 2.5 Billion.

Not forgetting Impress Ethanol 72% owned by KNM in bangkok. This unit will run full capacity in 2nd quarter of 2020 according to AGM. Which is 500,000 Litres of ethanol perday. Currently is on 200,000 litres capacity per day and the price for ethanol is RM 2.90 per litre.

500,000 litres x RM 2.90 per litre x 365 DAYS X 72% = RM 381 Million revenue.

RM1 just easy with current tangible ethanol plant and Borsig business. In three years , once UK wte run , the profit will be another IRR 12.5% based on 1.9b project, another RM 237 million profit. Thus, min RM 3 Cross easily. Partly Peterborough project will carry out by Borsig, Borsig business benificial directly, win win situation

Just for Wendyuong ,
Many comments mentioned about mother or son about a counter , actually the mother means the shares of a counter , the son means warrants issued by the company . Call warrants are issued by third parties mainly the broking firms and CALL warrants have shorter period , normally few months to a year and the call warrants are all cash settlements and can not be converted to the company's shares .

To sell in the normal market, you must have multiple of 100 shares (board lot). You still can sell your 75 shares in the odd-lot market, but you must find out the total cost of your selling against what you are receiving, if it's negative, then wait til the price goes higher, then decide.
