I don't know anything about Borsig, just the fact it had to be sold to knm for a song. To me that means there was some problem. Many a great company had disappeared when there's disruptive new technology. I will adopt Mr. Yusulf Isa approach to get out when my profit is good enough.

To me this is another hibiscus in the making. Actually when I had to choose between hibiscus n knm both at about 40c, I chose knm and suffered til now. Hibiscus went to RM1.6 while knm down to 7c. I averaged down to 20c, I'b happy to get out at Rm1.5, just like hibiscus, ha-ha
