I believe all OnG majors are pursuing wait and see strategy... the only winner will be the consumer. As long as this guy doesnt go PN17, I am basically fine with current situation. I have just as little as rm-xxx.xxx invested in OnG shares which I am already poorer by 60% now...

actually, laying off employee will reduce their operating cost
if they don't have that much of project on-hand but redundant employees, will affect the cost
so i wouldn't think the lay off news will impact much
