This is interesting and worth looking deeper into. THH, as with the O&G and other counters, had suffered selling pressure when the market opened. Went down to 0.275... BUT later managed to claw back the losses to finish unchanged.

Still too early, but does that indicate the sellers have already left and the ones remaining having staying power? If it stays at around this level, that might mean the bottom has been reached, and THH is forming a new base. Worth observing over the coming trading sessions.

if according to stonenut theory all oil & gas will drop till 0.05 when oil settled at the lowest price. market already oversold n these counter do not get panic sale like before.. well they might drop more but i believe wont collapse.. can accumulate slowly if u hv money.. jus my 2cents.. trade at own risk n hv positive mind.. rather than yelling at every oil & gas counter forum

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 17 (Bernama) -- TH Heavy Engineering Bhd shares on Bursa Malaysia traded one sen better at 47.5 sen as at 11.34 am today after its unit reportedly secured a RM900 million Petronas contract for the East Java project. Trading saw 10.856 million lots changing hands. It was reported that TH Heavy's 30 per cent-owned unit, Berlian McDermott Sdn Bhd, had secured the contract for transportation, installation and pre-commissioning works from Petronas' state-controlled unit, PC Kelapang II Ltd. The contract is expected to be completed by the end of first quarter 2015. -- BERNAMA

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities has publicly reprimanded TH Heavy Engineering Bhd for failing to incorporate adjustments which were made in the annual audited accounts for the year ended Dec 31, 2013.

In a circular issued on Wednesday, Bursa Malaysia said the failure to take into account the adjustments was in contravention of Paragraph 9.16(1)(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR).

It said that a listed issuer must ensure that each announcement made is factual, clear, unambiguous, accurate, succinct and contains sufficient information to enable investors to make informed investment decisions.

"TH Heavy is also required to review and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of its financial reporting function and carry out a limited review on its quarterly report submissions.

"The limited review must be performed by the company’s external auditors for four quarterly reports commencing no later from the quarterly report for the financial period ended Dec 31, 2014," it said.

Bursa Malaysia also noted that TH Heavy must ensure all its directors and relevant personnel attend a training programme on compliance with the Main LR pertaining to financial statements.

根据文告，该公司当季宣布的未审计净利为160万3000令吉，但并未计入联号公司的共享盈利，并将非掌握控制权的子公司亏损计入，已审计净利实为818万8000令吉，相差410.8%。
同时，马交所也要求TH重工委任外部审计师，在呈交截至12月31日季度报告前，重新评估和确保过去4个季度的财报准确无误，评估报告。
董事成员和相关人士也必须参加培训计划，以在未来符合上市条例。
