Success achieved record high RM2.71 on Friday closing. More to come if there is any positive news on captial restructuring including bonus issue, declaration of dividend or warrant payment to existing shareholders.
For LaotzeahSir , please wait for few more days to see if Success has achieved another 12 cent for reported quarters. Let say it earned 11-12 cents per share, then our fellow nocindycat's calculation using P.E. of 10 should drive the price to RM4.50
Success stabilized at RM2.86 pending the outcome of QR. SEB is now in the better financial state as evidenced from its price movements. Success core business of transformers and LED is doing well and hopefully translates into RM for this QR ending 31st December 2016
honestly speaking i am unsure if SUCCESS can repeat the same great result (11-12 sen) every quarter.. but from i can see, i can tell that their SEB has turnaround and become profitable (from making a loss)... so we can expect they will continue to make good profit in future...
RM4.50 maybe a bit too optimistic but i think RM3.50 is definitely achievable.
QR has shown all round improvements. EPS reached 12 cents per share in this quarter, giving two quarters EPS 24 cents. Cash at bank improved 20 millions to 60 Millions. Short and Term loans reduced drastically in this Quarter. Cash flow very positive. Prospect for coming quarters consider good but challenging. RM3 has achieved even before March 2017
wow.. seems like i need to revise my TP from RM3.50 to RM4.00 now.. since the cash flow has also improved so much (not just earning improved)... great!!!
Thank you nocindycat for your clarification. Now, I remembered those shares issued actually are under Dividend Reinvestment Plan at RM1.91 each in lieu of dividend declared and payable.
guys... i just updated my valuation spreadsheet for SUCCESS to include the latest quarterly results
Trailing 4 Q valuations:
Assume EV/EBIT = 10, EV wil be: RM 529960 Market Capitalization (MC) will be: RM 491038
Intrinsic Value RM 4.2933
and bear in mind that this valuation is very conservative.. as I took last 4 quarterly results (where the first 2 quarters are not so good... in Q6, they even made some loss due to process equipment division)....
If you annualized 2017 2 quarters... u will even see much higher valuation...
but again, i wanna play conservatively so i take last 4 quarters...
u guys can notice that i do not even use PE multiple.. if i use that... the valuation will be much higher (coz i think EV/EBIT valuation more accurate)... but some investors like to merely use PE to decide share price.. haha...
that means.. they can help us push the price up... haha...
