If compared to Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier3, Tier 4 data centers is built to be completely fault tolerant, provide enterprise-level service for mission-critical infrastructure. They ensure that equipment will continue to operate safely in the event of any mechanical failure. Full redundancy and fault tolerance mitigate the risk of downtime and high levels of security offer protection. The temperature and humidity in the environment is consistently kept in the optimal ranges to provide maximum efficiency and extend the lifecycle of hardware. As the most expensive tier, Tier 4 customers are typically international organizations with extreme demand of services.
So far the irix DC in Santubong where Aizo Executive Chairman has interest, is the only Tier 4 Data Centre in Malaysia and is a carrier-neutral and green facility.
Folks with keen interest from the Sarawak Government to build digital infrastructure to support Sarawak digital economy, the Tier 4 data centers park projects will definitely materialize soon under the scope of Netrunner & Azio. This project will be done & tested in no time and no worries about that.
So now what the next "big thing" Azio going to secure for year 2024?
1. LSS5 successful bidders to be announced in November 2024 by the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation.
2. Sarawak Energy Tender Title: Request for Proposal for Front End Engineering Works for the Expansion of 160MW Floating Solar at Batang Ai. Tender closed on 31 July 2024.
3. Civil engineering works.
4.Aizo through their subsidiary, Uniqa (M) Sdn. Bhd. has secured the engagement of 2 Malaysian banks using its remittance payment services. Pending BNM approval by 4Q24.
5. Azio bituminousp have increased its total production capacity by 400MT per month to 1,000MT per month. The increase in total production capacity will enable Aizo to ride on the growing demand from the construction sector. This will undoubtedly unlock a new revenue driver for the Group.

Folks, people often adopt a negative tone when talking about the stock market for several reasons:
Their Past Experiences: Many individuals who have repetitively experienced significant losses in the market may project their fears onto others, leading to a more pessimistic outlook.
Also during the stocks uptrend cycle they join the party late. They run after returns and almost always come in at the fag end of the party, by which time, the intelligent ones have already taken money off the table and the late comers are left selling at a huge substantial loss.
As such they tend to be a negative person due to their previous misfortune experiences.
Folks they That why they released their frustation in the forum.
Just ignore the noise and be patient, folk. Aizo will definitely added value to your investment in the near future.
Doomstock, I agree with you. I think Helang and Serigala might be the great investors of SERBADK those days. Burnt to ashes hence now gone crazy in all platforms. 😂
For those who are confident in Aizo , just buy , hold, and be patient, when the time comes, it will bring you big fortune. For those who are not confident in Aizo, can just sell all their balances in hand and shift over to some other counters which they think the counters are good. Some investors used to sing in negative tune and look down upon this counter, always say that this counter will drop to 5 cts lah, 10 cts lah, Abang will resign lah, he will sell all his private placement shares and run always lah, please send in your postings with sense or talk with proven encouraging information. Some also bring in counters which are not relevant to our forum for discussion, eventually causing this forum becomes a ROJAK platform. feel sad of it,
Actually im happy wolf and eagle are here because it makes the stock go up and down with his negative comment .. stock need to go higher high, higher low .. people with weak analysis ofter to get caught by negative comment by him .. so people, flushhhhhhh the weakeerrr
National budget 2025 is out and Sarawak State is allocated with 589 million for development,, with this announcement, AIZO is possible to secure more projects in the region, especially JV to develop a Tier 4 data center park in Sarawak. I anticipate Aizo will earn you big profits in its near future. Buy and hold without regret. Results for many Sarawak tenders will be out in November, Aizo is full of good hopes.
SARAWAK is not one to be behind on the world’s latest trends that can propel the state towards the future. This can be seen by its myriad of initiatives that can revolutionise the state’s economy.
The recently concluded International Digital Economy Conference Sarawak (IDECS) 2024 is a fine example of this as it showcases what Sarawak hopes to offer from the aspect of technology and the digital economy.
Data centres, for one, is a global hot topic. They serve as catalytic enablers to raise Malaysia’s economic complexity and move up the technology ladder.
Malaysia is set to emerge as the largest data centre hub in the Asean region. According to DC Byte, more than 1GW of supply is expected to come on stream over the next two years vs the current installed capacity of under 400MW. About 3GW of capacity is in the developmental stages, and will be added progressively over the next three to five years.
Potential data centre inventory by 2028 would be 10 times more than what it took the industry to build over the last two decades.
This would put Malaysia ahead of Singapore, Asia’s largest DC metro where capacity is projected to stabilise at 1.4GW due to land scarcity and stricter conditions imposed on new builds.
Sarawak has been actively working to build up its data centre industry through several strategic initiatives.
Analysts with RHB Investment Bank Bhd (RHB Research) in a special report believed the state of Sarawak could well emerge as the next hotspot for data centres.
“This is due to the ample supply of hydroelectric power, growing investments in subsea cable infrastructure and its proximity to Nusantara, the new administrative capital of Indonesia located in East Kalimantan,” it said in the report.
And this prediction is coming to fruition: During IDECS 2024, Aizo Group Bhd, formerly known as Minetech Resources Bhd, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NetRunner Sdn Bhd to develop a Tier 4 data centre hub in Sarawak.
This hub aims to meet the increasing demand for secure and reliable data storage and processing facilities.
The MoU will bring together the strengths of each party to ensure the successful development of the data centres.
Netrunner, a special purpose vehicle focused on attracting investments for a state-ofthe-art data centres park in Sarawak, will lead the technical development and design of the Tier 4 Data Centres Park, ensuring it meets global standards in security, energy efficiency, and reliability.
Subsequently, Aizo will play a key role by providing infrastructure support, including the development of clean energy solutions and water treatment facilities to ensure the sustainability of the data centres’ operations.
By delivering secure, highperformance data management capabilities, the project is set to drive technological innovation, attract new investments, and bolster economic growth in the region.
“This MOU is a significant milestone for all parties involved, and we are excited to contribute to Sarawak’s advancement into the digital age,” commented Dato Abang Abdillah Izzarim, the executive chairman of Aizo, on the project.
“Working alongside the Sarawak Government and Netrunner, we believe that the Tier 4 Data Centres Park will become a cornerstone for the region’s digital infrastructure.
“Aizo is proud to play a role in supporting the growth of Sarawak’s digital economy and ensuring that this project has a lasting positive impact.”
@eagle. Why you so worry of consolidation of share capital , it does not either affect the value of share or the value of capital, it is only reduction the number of shares only. you get 1 copy of RM10/- note and you get 10 copies of RM1/-each, the value is the same. why worry.
Itu Helang memang orang otak tak center. hantam here hantam there. why is he so concern about share consolidation if he does not hold any AIZO shares.. tak makan ubat lah
do not worry so much, the company has legal advisors, has bankers, has engineers and other professional personnels, they know what to do and they will not go against the Companies Act.
Thank you very much Mr Eagle for all your concern . I guess you must be not yet collected enough . ( from my past little observations on all your comments)
Media and IB sometimes are manipulating. Just take it as a reference, but don't buy it. Trust in Aizo, trust in abg. Aizo the next multibagger company in making..😂😁😀
Why the negativity? Wonderful company with good connection. Slow and steady rise better than rocket up. Be very patient. Look now it came out in the Edge business weekly. Thus it shows people are talking about AIZO. It will reach the right investor group soon.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
