Nicole,CCMDBIO gave 2 round of dividends 4 & 13.5 last year. At RM3, 17.5 sens div = 5.8% yield

It also shows sign of growing earning & dividend

DC, good write up. Same assumption I was thinking. Not ready yet.
But no doubt its a good company disrupted by present unfavourable situations,. I have it in my watchlist. Just cant tell when its good enough and safe enough to get in.
You did quite a detail study on it. Thx for sharing it. This early morning you still up at those ghostly hours, zhulian then must have mean something to you?

Gkent is quite stable, just that it has moved, and we are not sure if earnings from MRT can go on longer.
Hevea, I don't seem to want to own it but yet, I do see it may be worth it after all

I am Liverpool fan. Bkawan is my Captain G. Ptaras & Wellcall are my SAS. YOCB & Cocoaland are my wingers. (Raheem & Coutinho?)CCMDBIO & CBIP sit in the middle. LPI, Tomypak,Hupseng & Cscenic form the back four. Superlon is my super sub. Cscenic looks a bit shaky, looking into the summer transfer window now.

Hi dan and Nicole:

CCM consists of three divisions. chemicals pharmaceuticals and fertilizers. The chemicals and pharma divisions are the main cash cows of this group!!!! fertilizers are always in the red! pharma are always in tie ups with india collaboration on drugs! yes they have huge R&D center in glen marie called innovax. CCMpharma is indeed very much in my radar strictly for its dividend policy.

Nicole & Dan: thank you dan for your insights regarding my holdings. im at huge losses though. but believe me when I say I intend to sell off once I make a little tiny profit.

CCM last Q was horrible. Damn GLC. I took a BIG loss to dispose all at 1.10

CCMDBIO is a wonderful son they have and dividends are very very good.

chipster1234, sorry for the comments but from experience it is much more profitable to concentrate on winners. Don't punish yourself for their errors.

I post this question in Gadang, and this seem to apply for Wellcal too. It applies to director chew selling a minor portion of his shares Lets take a look.

"Lets discuss (Gadang).
If Tan Sri needs money
1. Why not sell more warrants than this Rm2mil sell off?
2. Why not sell mother which brings in more ?
3. Is it dispose warrants to buy more mother?
4. Is there any impending corporate exercise that involve mother but not warrants?
5. Why would a director sells a little of his warrants that may trigger a panic sell on the counter which mau hurt himself since he has the most shares/warrants? "

Hi Danchong, pharma went up yesterday .32 cents..they have very few shares floating in the market. Dividend not bad and last two years given out bonuses. They supply to govt hospitals and strengthening their export markets.

Hi Nicole, good to hear that Pharma is doing well. Investing in sound business with good dividend pay out is the right idea. Good job!

I am too lazy to reseach into a new counter now. Taking some time off to enjoy myself. Just came back from a golf trip to Hanoi.

Yes, Wellcall will take a while to absord the selling after the split. I expect the price to resume its upward trend when it announce its next Q results next month.

Pusing, papan, tg. Tualang are all small mining towns in Kinta Valley.

Pusing & Tualang are now famous for fresh water fish & Big prawn. Papan has became a ghost town.
