Ok all. I have check a little of Vallianz company. Last time Vallianz company was brought by Rawabi Holding. Now Rawabi Holding is big share holder of Vallianz. And Villianz was team up with Swiber holding. The company is having a financial difficulty was announce in the public on 2016. And Swiber holding already confirm got 2 big creditor on 29/5 from New York SHL and SOC. I think that’s why Bakarah team up with Vallianz because can get connect with Creditor... Hope this one can help you less panick...
