sosfinance, Yinson is great but how far can it sustain (I am not bashing, just a genuine question)?

Dsonic is another one. Bought at rm3000 last year. Split into 5 and now each of the 5@RM3.7 become RM 18,500. Some even better if they bought before the bonus last year.

The 5 is going to be 10 because of 1 to 1 bonus. Coastal may follow YINSON footstep as well.

chinesetea, personally i think datasonic has better prospect than Yinson in short term, and the entry price for Dsonic is much lower, however Dsonic solely depended on Gov for their business (passport and IC orders), while the prospect for Yinson is much better with the share split, getting a Petronas licence and more FPSO contracts, compare to SKPetro 26.5B market cap, Yinson only 2.2B now, imagine the growth Yinson can achieve now with the help of Mokhzani effect!

as per my earlier views, expected already this stock will perform well. my favourite counter since early 2012 when i bought after 1sr right issue that time at 1.28. Well done to Yinson, the top management and founders. you are simply the best!

haha this one is not for channel bags already..... i am planning to pick up the rights n hold on for pretty long. the share price increases over time even after their rights in 2012.

At price of RM9.00, the market cap of Yinson is about RM1.7billion. OK, this is purely based someone said they have about RM7.5bil order book. Using rule of thumb of 10% (PAT), it is equal to earnings of RM750m, say divided by 8 years, average profit of RM93m x PE 20 = market cap of RM1.9 billion. Another 12% upside to RM10.10 per share. This is behind the envelope calculation. Please read analyst report to get more details.

amazing now so many retailers are positive with this stock lately, which is good. I remembered last year when it was rm2+ rm3+ and even at rm5+ not many comments and sharing of views on this stock, i recall Alphajack, Englee and one or two more only who was giving very positive updates and sharing on this stock. Indeed it is good to have many more sharing of views in this forum for this performing stock! see you lovely people at rm10 next month :-)
