There are just too many developers in the country, they will under cut each other, last time LKS blind sided them now they will gang up on him , without DIBS LKS will be like Ferrari without wheels. When you r too big , every one will watch u including the politicians who have other agendas, go overseas like Robert if u r really good why stuck in bolehland and cause more house price inflation

tell me 1 person who is not thinking of buying not 1 house, not 2 houses, but as many as they could.

In Iskandar there are so many new China giant developers doing carpet condo launch, thousands of units launched at one phase and more joining and now even Spore developers are in , hardware merchants are into the game, every one is in and it will rain like Spain soon. The banks actually owned all the houses and apts and so little money from purchasers, all using bank money. Speculators cant sell now as secondary purchasers cant get loan. In Singapore the property prices are down and giant developers there cutting prices already and this will spread over soon. LKS expand at wrong time is suicide

Property buyers n staffs are n will be very supportive of LKS n EW.
So I don't see the need for him to continue venting anger openly every now and then towards the G (indirectly). Should just bite the bullet n move on discreetly. Him openly declaring war at this juncture is counter-productive n foolish.

LKS is known for his timing of the market since estabishing his SP SETIA in 1997. Time will prove if he is indeed right on market timing again.

Most Malaysian big property developers are giving Iskandar a miss for temporary (delaying product launch) due to massive condo rollout (>9k unit luxury condo from mainland China developers); focusing on inner Malaysia.

EcoWorld might be overpriced or there is huge anticipation that it delivers SUPERB record with LKS mentorship in the coming year

LKS is THE rock star of developers. He has the cult following - buyers, staffs, bankers, contractors etc.
Unless property market bursts, EW will deliver good results.

The beauty of EW now is that brokerage houses have yet to cover it, hence no TP i.e. sky is the limit for up (or earth is the limit for down). If indeed Kenanga will soon cover it as mentioned by Promaxsam with FV of 2.5 only, then hell will break loose!!
