Mosaic Theory suggests that Pesona is the 30% concession partner for the Serdang-Kinrara-Putrajaya (SKIP) Expressway with the balance 70% held by Putrajaya Perdana. Too many ppl promote some times is not a good thing. Possible back to 0.505 if can't break 0.615. See what's the mood of operator. I'm not selling but there's possibility... who can withstand the fluctuation is the final winner.
