Dear Friends & Investors at TN Logistics,

This Is One of My Favourite Counter. I made money 2 rounds in 7 years. The last was when I heard from my Friend Zakaria the MD of Denia Development that TN Logis bought lands from Denia for RM70 per sq ft in SILC. And I saw Directors buying at RM1.50.

I bought some at RM1.60. Then price shot up almost touching RM3.00 - Bursa issued UMA. I sold too early at RM2.50. Price crashed by above RM1.70. I queued at RM1.50. Then it shot up like a Rocket to RM5.00. Now it's split into smaller lots & diluted.

I think currently the price reflects its fundamental. Going Forward, its upside is limited. There is a possible downside due to two factors:

1) Govt Clamp down on property speculation has taken out the euphoria in Iskandar
2) The Change of Sunday to Friday as a Weekend in Iskandar further dampen mood.

So it is better to sell and switch to another Star Performing Stock like TN Logis BEFORE THE MARKET DISCOVERED IT!

There Are Two

1)PM CORP- THE BARGAIN OF THE CENTURY
2) MUI BERHAD- THE HIBERNATING GIANT IS WAKING UP AT LAST

Check them OUT CAREFULLY NOW.

thanks Skyjuice, i think the exercise price is 0.20. So it means if i buy WR at 0.2, so the warrant price now for me is 0.2 + 0.2 = 0.4?

Yes. It is always good to be cautious. You have an interesting name. REPCO went up to RM200 in the GoGo Years of 1993. Then closed shop. Warren Buffet Is The No. 1 Champion Investor of all times. What does JX stands for?

Hi Skyjuice, the warrant already credited to my CDS, so i entitled to dispose it and get the gain? What is the impact i keep holding the warrant until 19th Dec, need to pay 20 sen to it? really confuse now.
